As another summer closes, students prepare for the upcoming 2015-2016 competitive dance season.

Festival Of Trees: A Look Inside

This unique festival is Sault Ste. Marie’s kickoff to the holiday season. The festival included over 100 beautifully decorated trees and auction items and was held at the Machine Shop November 19th to 22nd 2015. This family-filled event gave people a chance to get into the Christmas spirit while supporting the Lung Association’s fight against lung disease.

Searching For Gold

A tremendous achievement is only as good as the last stone you throw. Team Jacobs will look back at the 2013 season with pride and passion. They were the first Northern Ontario squad to win a Tim Horton’s Brier since Al Hackner did it in 1984 and the sky is the limit for this team from Sault Ste. Marie, On. They represented Team Canada in the World Curling Championships for 2013 and have aimed their sights on a 2014 Olympic Berth. I wonder how they’ll do?
